A valid credit card is required for security deposit. No
smoking or pets permitted in rental units. Picnic table,
fire ring, and grill provided at each site. Bring your
own linens.
Kozy Cabin: A one room cabin that sleeps 4. It
includes a double bed, bunk beds, table, chairs, and a
small refrigerator and microwave.

Log Cabin: A two room cabin unit that sleeps 6.
It includes a double bed, bunk beds, loft, table,
chairs, bathroom, and kitchen.

Little Bear Yurt (16 ft. diameter) & Big Bear
Yurt (20 ft. diameter) each sleep 6 with a combo
double/single bunk beds. Table, chairs, small
refrigerator and microwave are included.

Monthly, Seasonal &
Group Rates |
Monthly Rate: Water / Electric / Sewer - $475.00
plus metered electric.
Seasonal Rate: $1,400.00 - $1,550.00 plus metered
electric.
Kozy Club Arena: Ideal for clubs, groups and
reunions. 8-16 units, save 10%; 17+ units, save 15%.
Group discount is not available on holidays or Halloween
weekends. |

Reservation &
Cancellation Policies
|
Campsite Reservations: Holidays require a three
night minimum stay & must be paid in advance with
reservation. All other reservations require a one
night’s deposit.
Cabin & Yurt Reservations: Holidays require a
three night minimum stay. All other reservations require
a two night minimum stay and must be paid in advance
with reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot be held
responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or
other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is
enforced regardless of circumstance.
Camping: A 72 hour notice is needed to receive a
refund (less a $10.00 cancellation fee). A 7 day notice
is needed for a holiday or special event.
Cabins / Yurts: A 14 day notice is needed to
receive a refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee). A 21
day notice is needed for holidays or special events.
We accept reservations for specific sites, but reserve
the right to make substitutions if needed. We do not
give refunds for early departure, inclement weather, or
evictions. |
